This podiatry group had grown from one to three clinic locations over five years but had never built a local SEO strategy that addressed each location individually. They had one website, one GBP listing, and no location-specific pages. As a result, their visibility was diluted — they ranked modestly for their original location but barely appeared in search for the two newer clinics.
The Challenge
Multi-location healthcare SEO requires a precise approach. Each location needs its own GBP listing, its own landing page with unique and locally-relevant content, and its own citation profile. The client's existing website didn't have individual location pages, their second and third GBP listings were unverified, and they had duplicate content across service descriptions. HIPAA-compliant review generation added another layer of complexity.

My Approach
I built a location-specific SEO architecture from the ground up: three dedicated location landing pages with unique content, schema markup for each clinic, and separate verified GBP profiles for each location. I developed a HIPAA-compliant review request process the front desk staff could implement at checkout. Citation building was executed separately for each location to build independent authority signals.
Key Highlights
Three dedicated location pages built with unique content and schema
All three GBP profiles verified and fully optimized
HIPAA-compliant review generation process implemented at all locations
Each location entered top-5 Maps results for primary keywords
New patient appointment requests increased 45% over 8 months

The Results
All three locations reached top-5 Maps visibility for their primary service keywords within 5 months. The client saw a 45% increase in new patient appointment requests attributed to organic and Maps search. The practice administrator noted that patients were now specifically mentioning finding them on Google — something that had rarely happened before the engagement.
